With scenic countryside on your doorstep for walking, you are only a few minutes' drive away from paddle boarding and canoeing on the River Waveney; and from the traditional unspoilt market town of Bungay with its delicious delis, cafes and independent shops; only six miles from Beccles, gateway to the Norfolk Broads; and less than twenty miles to Southwold and Suffolk's other numerous sandy beaches and stunning coastal towns and villages. Norfolk's medieval main city, Norwich, is only fifteen miles away, and the outstanding North Norfolk coast can be reached within the hour.
