Outside the enclosed and private courtyard garden has a covered seating area, a fire pit and a full-sized table tennis table to keep you entertained.

Located just a short walk from the South Gates and rolling parkland, you could take the Long Avenue that sweeps down to the magnificent Holkham Hall. A walker's and cyclist dream where you can relish the fresh air and calm rural living.
